Weekly, professionally coached speed training sessions for all levels. We're a positive, friendly, and supportive training group and love runners who are as serious as we are at improving.

Run Information:

Tuesday 6:30pm, Temple Sports Complex Track

We take a 6 week break from late November to the first Tuesday of January; otherwise, year-round.
